Thursday May 24th at Parkside from 6pm - 7:30pm

 

Forms may be filled out ahead of time by printing them off of the WAYFC website under "forms" section.

Necessary forms are: Consent, Emergency Contact, Registration, Concussion Form and 2022 Registration checklist (the link is on the right hand side of the home page)

We will only be taking forms, Fb will get fitted for any necessary jerseys and cheer will be taking t-shirt sizes along with skirt sizes and we will be taking payment.
