2017 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Criteria: *High School senior planning on attending college/university or tech school with a minimum of a 12 credit semester.

* Must have participated and completed 1 year in the youth program

* Must have participated and completed 1 year in a High School sport

WAYFC Selection Committee has (2) $500 scholarships that will be awarded to the applicant(s) after they have completed the 1st semester of college, university, or tech school. A letter of completion with a copy of your transcript can be mailed to the P.O. Box below after the first semester is completed. Scholarships will be awarded when copies are received and criteria met.

** This application must be completed and mailed to the P.O. Box below no later than April 14th (Postmarked applications after April 14th will not be accepted)
